- It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to amend this solicitation to incorporate clarification questions about the Performance Work Statement. The questions and corresponding answers have been provided in the formal amendment, Amendment 0001, which can be downloaded by clicking on the Additional Information icon below. Interested offerors shall return a signed copy of the SF 30 amendment (blocks 15A through 15C on the first page) with their completed offer package before the closing date and time of this solicitation. The solicitation closing date HAS been extended and shall close on at 3:00 PM on Friday 27 July 2012. Completed bid packages may be e-mailed to jean.p.bretz@usace.army.mil.
