- SOW Washer Standard Form 18 The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services for two Operating Room Washer Disinfectant/Sterilizers to be provided at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Solicitation No. 12-247-SOL-00076. The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance Services (PM) and repairs on existing Washer Disinfect Equipment in the Central Sterile Room (CSR) dirty room to meet the manufactory specification requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, 99, and the Standards for Health Care Facilities and Environment of Care (EC.02.04.01, EC.02.04.03) Joint Commission Standards. The solicitation will be available on or about July 20, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFQ by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. The Request for Quote (RFQ) due date is at 12:00 pm, Arizona Time, on July 30, 2012. Late RFQ's will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
