- Compliance Matrix Request for Proposals PWS Attachment B PWS Attachment A Performance Work Statement SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small businesses only. Please see the attached documents (SF1449, Performance Work Statement, RFP document, Attachment A, Attachment B, and Providence Compliance Matrix) and submit a proposal in accordance with said documents. Please see the RFP document for information on a pre-proposal conference call as well as due date for questions and submission of proposals.
