- Provide a lease for turnkey RTK bridge/network equipment and monthly cellular/modem access to internet-based network GPS RTK data service. The systems will be installed on four hydrographic surveying vessels. The primary purpose for this lease is to provide equipment and data service for RTK positioning of hydrographic surveys using HYPACK software and State and private CORS stations with cell service on the 700 miles of the Mobile, Tombigbee, Black Warrior and Alabama rivers. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 517911. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www/fbo.gov on or about 20 July 2012. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
