- Contractor is to provide Shredding Service to the Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters. The RFQ will be released on or about July 24, 2012 with a closing date of July 30, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT. This RFQ will be issued on a 100% small business set-aside basis and consists of a Base Year and 4 Option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561990. By submission of a quote, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA databases prior to award of any contract resulting from this offer.
