Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010204125FFE is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58, Effective 18 May 2012(Includes 2005-59). This acquisition is a set aside for Woman-Owned Small Business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 334513 size standard 500 Employees. Description of Requirement: Two Hurricane Remote Control Monitors; Two 4-Stacked Tips; Two Stream Shapers; Two Master Streams; Two Tethered Monitor Operator Stations Evaluation Criteria: All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. 1. Price: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Submission of Invoices In accordance with FAR clause 52.212-4(g) the contractor shall submit all invoices electronically utilizing Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Procedures for using WAWF are found in DFARS clause 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Quote Information: Quote shall be structured to show an Item Number breakdown of the proposed requirement and should reflect a firm fixed-price for the supplies. Provide your quote on Attachment 1-Quote Sheet. Quotes shall be submitted and received no later than Wednesday, 3 August 2012, at 1700 hours (5:00 P.M.) Alaska Daylight Savings Time AKDT Quotes may be emailed or faxed to the attention of primary and alternate points of contact listed below.
