- Amendment issued to provide changes to the soliciation and respond to questions. This Amendment is being issued to provide changes to the solicitation and provide responses to the solicitation questions that were received by the due date of July 13, 2012. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and the Size Standard is $14 million. The Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance will be for a (12) month base period and two (2) 12-month option years. The scope of this project is improving the quality and impact of HUD's Choice Neighborhoods program, increasing capacity and knowledge of grantees, improving alignments among Federal partners, and informing the Federal government's broader strategy to support the revitalization of neighborhoods of concentrated poverty.
