- Description
- The W.G. Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business labor and materials to improve Building 21 basement & crawlspace. Contractor will be required to install dehumidification, vapor barriers, pumps, and associated piping at VAMC Salisbury in accordance with plans and specs. Contractor to provide any means to maintain uninterrupted service to the Medical Center while work is being completed in accordance with plans and specifications at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury. NC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on/about August 6, 2012. A pre-bid walk-through will be held on or about two weeks after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the bid opening. The Contracting Officer's email address is Courtney.Redic@va.gov. Firms submitting a bid must be registered at both Central Contractor Registry and Vet Biz (CVE Certified). The Online Representations and Certifications must be completed by each firm submitting a proposal prior to the bid opening date.
