- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is issued as an RFP - W912P7-12-R-0013 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS). (iv) This solicitation is for Small Business @ 100% set aside. (v) See attached Scope of Work. (vi) See attached Scope of Work. (vii) Completed no later than 30 days after date of contract award.
