- USDOE, Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for.504 OD OPGW hardware manufactured by Alcoa as per the attached justification. This brand-name requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Pt 13. The NAICS Code that applies to this requriement is 334417 and the applicable size standard is 500. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. All SDVOSB concerns who can provide Alcoa OPGW hardware are invited to provide a quote.
