- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to award a sole source contract for 6 drums of TU-981 B-Side Polyurethane Elastomer to Composite and Casting Supply, Inc., 50 37th Street, Suite C, Auburn, WA 98002-1753, under the authority of FAR13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available. This sole source requirement will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(g)(1)(b), Only One Responsible Source. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
