- Description
- The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Information Innovation Office, Arlington, Virginia, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Invincea Labs, LLC for a study to research the challenges of developing an automated Digital Battlefield Understanding capability. The proposed contract action results from the acceptance of an unsolicited research proposal that demonstrates the unique capability of Invincea to provide the particular research services proposed. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The performer will customize its commercial OPNET Network Model to rapidly provide technical insights in modeling a cyber battlespace and optimizing cyber battle plans. The performer will provide a proof of concept demonstration, software model, technical reports and recommendations. Subcontracting opportunities may be available with the prime contractor, Invincea Labs, LLC.
