- Sole Source Justification THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Access World News collection. Period of performance is January 2013 to December 2013. Four one-year options may be awarded. This is a Sole Source with Newsbank, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Newsbank, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement allowing remote access to the database over the internet, compatibility with current computers, providing special reports on various topics required and relevant to the organization's need without adding features that are not used. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511120. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Newsbank, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement. Phone calls will not be accepted.
