- The PDC Leadership Academy requirement for Air Force Reserve Command is now at the Contracting Officer for preparation of the final acquisition strategy document, review, approval and development and review of the final solicitation prior to issuance. The determination of set-asides will be announced at the time the solicitation is issued. A revised date for issuance of the solicitation is anticipated to be no sooner than 6 Aug 2012. We appreciate the continued interest from industry as we have developed this requirement with your input.
