- Wages Statement of work DD1449 Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-13-Q00000. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561720 size standard of 16.5 This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Anticipated award date; August 21, 2012 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3:30pm EST) on August 20th, 2012. Any items received after closing date will not be considered. Quotations will accepted via email to kevin.a.mosca@uscg.mil All quotations should include a price breakdown. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer USCG Base Miami Beach (pc) Attn: Kevin Mosca 909 SE 1st Ave, Room 512 Miami, FL 33131. *All quotes submitted via US Mail must be recieved by the specified closing date and time Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). No questions will be fielded via telephone. All questions should be submitted via email to kevin.a.mosca@uscg.mil Wage determinations No: 2005-2461, Revision No: 14, Date of Revision: 06/13/2012 SCOPE OF WORK: See attached SOW for the complete statement of requirements. Performance Period: The performance period of the contract will be from 10/01/2012 - 9/30/2013 with potential option years. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Work hours: Working hours as specified are 0600(6am) - 1400(2pm)Monday - Friday.
