Description
WARRANTY REQUIREMENT CLAUSE •1. Classification Code:4214- Furniture moving •2. NAICS Code: 484210- Van lines, moving and storage services •3. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 Streamlined solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement includes attachments with applicable provisions.clauses and wage determination for this solicitation. •4. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). •5. This action is being set aside for small business participation. Must be either provide Herman Miller System Furniture certified documentation or provide two (2) business references for which you provided service for disassembly and re-assembly of Herman Miller Furniture Systems. Must provide this documentation or certification, at the time of submittal of the RFQ. •6. BID SCHEDULE: The work of this contract consists of disassemble, reassemble workstations, provide moving services for furniture and other items located on the three separate floors in an IRS buidling in Phoenix, AZ. Also, furniture and other items are to be shipped to other address locations, some out of state. 7. SPECIFICATIONS: See attached statement of work, This Award will be in accordance with Wage Determination No: 1996-027295-0515 (Rev.-20) was first posted on www.wdol.gov, 06/15/2010 •8. MOVE DATES: The approximate move dates are scheduled August 10, 2012 through September 10, 2012 the arrangements for exact time and dates, will be coordinated between the Contractor and the COR. •9. KEY FACTORS FOR THIS AWARD Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote offers the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer to the Government. And certified in the disassembly/reassembly of Herman Miller brand systems furniture. •10. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead or stationary and must include the following information: Company name, contact information, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, unit price, and total charge for the complete job. •11. Email is preferred. •12. One onsite visit for walk-thru will be Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 10 a.m., meet in the lobby of 4041 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ. Walk-thru required. Must pass security, so an ID will be needed and any sharp objects or weapons will be confiscated.
