- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for a real time x-ray cabinet. N00253-12-r-0032 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be firm-fixed price. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334517, with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The government requires FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610 on or before 1 Feb 2013. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The closing date of the solicitation is 7 August 2012 by 2:00 PM PDT. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than three (3) days before the solicitation closing date. Questions received within three (3) days of the closing date will not be entertained. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to kathleen.harrigan@navy.mil. No paper copies will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments (if applicable) prior to the established closing date and time may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
