Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Cheyenne Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 25 and Vandehai Street and traveling in an easterly direction to Yellowstone Road and traveling in a southerly direction to the intersection of Yellowstone Road and East Carlson Street and traveling in an easterly direction along East Carlson Street to the intersection of Powderhouse Road; traveling in a southerly direction along Powderhouse Road to intersection with Dell Range Boulevard; traveling in an easterly direction along Dell Range Boulevard to intersection with Converse Avenue. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Dell Range Boulevard and Converse Avenue and traveling in a southerly direction along Converse Avenue to intersection with Nationway. Southern Boundary: traveling in a westerly direction along Nationway, continuing west along East Lincolnway, continuing west along West Lincolnway to Interstate 25; then south four miles to High Plains Road. From the intersection of Interstate 25 and High Plains Road and heading in a southwesterly direction along Clear Creek Parkway to Trumpeter Parkway Western Boundary: From the intersection of Trumpeter Parkway and Clear Creek Parkway, northeast along Clear Creek Parkway to West College Drive, continuing north on West College Drive, continuing east along West College Drive to intersection with Interstate 25 and traveling in a northerly direction along Interstate 25 to the intersection of Interstate 25 and Vandehai Street. The property must be within two miles distance traveled from an Interstate 25 interchange within the delineated area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
