- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information attached to this notice. The Social Security Administration, Region II is publishing this combined synopsis/solicitation notifying interested individuals of the attached Request for Quotation for the establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) in order to, on an as needed basis, produce Verbatim Hearing Recordings for disability hearings for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. The place of performance is 350 Ave Hostos, Ste. 301, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico 00680. Individual call orders will be placed against these BPAs. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. Offers received from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for Court Reporting and Stenotype Services is 561492, with a small business standard size of $7.0 million. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov prior to award, and all contractors must undergo a security background screening prior to performance of any work under the BPA.
