- Description
- The National Forests in Florida intends to award a sole source contract to Conservation Impact to provide coalition, planning and meeting facilitation for the National Forests in Florida and Florida National Scenic Trail. Conservation Impact has three years of critical first-hand knowledge of the resource and the complex system of partnership that support and manage the trail across 30 land management boundaries in the State of Florida. The proposed action is for commercial service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Point of contact is Gabriel A.
