- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Applied Imagery, LLC for the purchase of Quick Terrain Modeler software maintenance. The proposed acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis because Applied Imagery does not have authrozied resellers for thier products. These products will be procured in accordance with FAR 13. A Firm Fixed Price type of contract is contemplated for the proposed contract vehicle. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Justification and Approval was prepared for this procurement but will not be publicly released IAW NGA Memorandum for Record dated 23 FEB 2012. A determination of the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
