- This is a request for information to assist DLA Document Services personnel in establishing specifications and cost estimates for an uninterruptable power supply system for the IT system. A contract will not be issued as a result of this notice. Vendors should forward materials and other data to the technical point of contract: Russell Brown DLA Document Services Building 9 Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Russell.Brown.ctr@DLA.MIL 717-605-1126 Proprietary information shall be labeled as such by the vendor prior to submission to the Government. Additional information that will assist the Government are the business sizes of the business providing the data, and the manufacturer if produced within the United States, and country of manufacture. No person other than a warranted contracting office my bind the U.S. Government in a procurement action.
