- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Department of Interior, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ProChem Sales Inc., for the purposes of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide herbicides and other chemicals as needed to the Amarillo Field Office, Crossbar Cooperative Management Area, Natural Resources Management Division. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposal. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on August 4, 2012, by sending an e-mail to dmunford@blm.gov; however, any information received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future purposes.
