- Final Revised SOW dated 19 Jul 2012 removes requirement for coverage of conference center. a. New due date is 7/27/2012 at 11:00 EST via e-mail to POC. b. This is a FFP contract commercial service, and basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable. c. POP shall be 120 days after award. d. Contractor must have DUNS number and must be in CCR be eligible to win the award. d. Vendors must supply a bill of materials and schedule to meet 120 days completion. Any "or equal" must be specified with salient characteristics and performance specs for evaluation purposes. e. Pricing shall be for total project only. **************************************** SEE REVISED SPECs SOW and attachment date 19 Jul 2012 Vendor shall provide McDill AFB and government customer list of employees holding valid identification to allow appropriate background checkds required for base access. Vendor shall complete all work "After normal Duty Hours" or between 1630 EST daily (M-R) and 0700 EST daily (M-F), or "on weekends" (Sat/Sun) Vendor shall remove all trash daily Vendor shall provide graph test charts and spec sheets prior to commencement of window film installation The government will provide vendor warehose space as needed for materials No subcontracting is authorized The government will supply escort(s) while working on this project.
