- Statement of Work This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify sources that can perform All Terrain Vehicle/Mule Maintenance Services on Andersen Air Force Base Guam. Description of service: The contractor shall perform annual, routine service, preventive maintenance, and miscellaneous repairs to the Honda ATV (QTY 20) and Kawasaki Mules (QTY 5) in stock at the 736 Commando Warrior at Northwest Field, AAFB, Guam. The expedited work to be performed is outlined in the attached preliminary Statement of Work (SOW). The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS/LGCB) is seeking information to identify sources to meet this requirement. If your firm is interested in participating, provide the following: 1. A capability statement demonstrating your firms expertise and ability to perform these services 2. A recommended approach to satisfy the requirement (such as schedule, equipment inventory list, price schedules if applicable, vendor agreements, etc.). The anticipated acquisition type is a firm fixed price service contract or a blanket purchase agreement with pre-priced items lists. The NAICS for this project is expected to be 811111 with a $7 million size standard. It is anticipated this procurement will be set aside for small businesses. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, and is not considered a commitment by the government. The government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey.
