Description
SOW & Provisions/Clauses The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the design and construction of a stage for a conference/training room at the DEA Caribbean Division located in Guaynabo, PR. See attached Statement of Work. The anticipated start date for this project is August 29, 2012. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, DEA intends to award a single, firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror who offers the best value to the Government. The attached provisions and clauses are applicable to this requirement. This is a total small business set-aside. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 10:00am EST/AST in Guaynabo, PR. In order to attend the site visit, registration information to include company name and individual(s) names of those attending shall be submitted to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov by Friday, July 27, 2012 at 10:00am EST. Once registered, additional information will be provided. The offeror shall attend the site visit in order to be considered for award. All questions shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is August 2, 2012 at 10:00am EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluted. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technically Acceptability will be based on the ability of the offeror to meet all required specifications in the Statement of Work in the timeframe required. Quotes shall be submitted no later than August 16, 2012 at 10:00am EST to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov.
