- Attachment III Posting History Attachment II Price Data Sheet Attachment I Schedule of Supplies Solicitation This is a synopsis and solicitation for commercial petroleum fuel products (delivered directly to site by indicated means per Attachment I, Schedule of Supplies), prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and 15, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and the written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted; full and open competition. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be Requirements-Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contracts for a three (3) year period. Ordering Officers will execute orders off of resulting contracts, unless the schedule specifies otherwise, within the following parameters: Ordering period begins: 1 August 2013 and ends: 31 July 2016. All responsible sources are invited to submit. DLA Energy anticipates awarding without discussions based on initial offers submitted but reserves the right to conduct negotiations with Offerors submitting proposals under the subject solicitation (SP0600-12-R-0232). Offerors are reminded that they must complete and submit or acknowledge (as applicable) the following documents either contained in the attached Solicitation or as an Attachment: 1. Standard Form 1449 2. G9.06 & G9.07 3. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications 4. K-0002 K33.01 Authorized Negotiators 5.L-0003 L117 Notification Of Transportation Company To Be Utilized In The Delivery Of Product (PC&S) 6. The Attached Schedule with pricing 7. Price History Instructions/Worksheet for Uncommon Escalators 8. Subcontracting plan (if applicable) 9. Any exceptions to terms and conditions THE BASE REFERENCE DATE for this solicitation is July 1, 2012. ALL Offerors should ensure that their initial proposals are based on the company posting in effect on July 1, 2012. Offerors proposing to use company postings are required to complete the Posting History Worksheet (Attachment III) for each product being offered. THE BASE REFERENCE DATE for this product is July 1, 2012 (see B-0002 B19.02E. Note that there is a period established for questions to be submitted (See page 3 of solicitation) After contract award, DLA ENERGY will provide updated contract prices under "Vendor Resources" on the DLA ENERGY homepage at http://www.desc.dla.mil/default.asp. Additional requirements may be added to the solicitation by Amendment.
