- PR No: 00146210370; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (5865-00-162-7967) for a Modulator, Dual, Coaxial. This solicitation will be for an award for a quantity of 69 each. This is a 100 Small Business Set aside. Contractors are required to have access to classified data. The facility clearance required and level of safeguarding required is Confidental. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 303 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
