- VADER Mod 13 J&A Document This action is to provide continued support of the Vehicle and Dismount Exploitation Radar (VADER) system for an extended deployment period of eight (8) months at the direction of Headquarters Department of the Army and to deploy a second VADER system to US Central Command (USCENTCOM). The 8 month extension of the current VADER system proposed by this action will occur under the Base Period of this contract, which currently expires 31 July 2012. In addition, this modification shall provide for the full deployment, operation, and support of a second VADER system along with the associated Aircraft Lease extension, Long Lead Materials, and required Line Replacement Modules/Spares.
