Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for the rental/use of Urologic and ENT mobile laser equipment assisted by licensed and credentialed technicians (when necessary) at specified intervals and on requested days scheduled for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL 60612. Lasers to include: Holmium, CO2, Greenlight XPX, Evolve, Holap, and ESWL. Anticipated period of performance is from August 13, 2012 through July 31, 2013 plus two (2) one year option renewal periods at the Government's discretion. NAICS: 532490, Size Standard is $7 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
