- This is a RFP for Medical Supplies for steady state and emergency response within the Continental U.S. and outside the Continental U.S. The Combined Synopsis and Solicitation, as well as the list of equipment with pricing, are attached. The list of items is included in the attached titled, "Medical Supplies listing and pricing listing". Please utilize this attachment for price quotes. Prices should include shipping for all scenarios listed in the attached pricing listing. The Period of Performance for any and all awards resulting from this solicitation will be from the date of award for a period of 12 months with possible options. This solicitation is a partial set aside for service disabled veteran small businesses. Proposals and Past Performance Questionnaires shall be due on August 17, 2012 by noon ET.
