- REV1 SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR STURGEON REV1 SPEC FOR STURGEON REV1 SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES / SERVICES AMBERJACK REV1 SPEC FOR AMBERJACK SF30 FORM AMENDMENT A00001 FOR AMBERJACK / STURGEON 07/25/2012 AMENDMENT (A00001) to Solicitation No. HSCG80-13-R-P45003 is hereby amended as follows: 1. Incorporates REV1 Specification for CGC Amberjack and REV1 Schedule for Supplies/Services (see attachments). 2. Incorporates REV1 Specification for CGC Sturgeon and REV1 Schedule for Supplies/Services for CGC Sturgeon (see attachments). Please note the specific changes for each specification are listed on the revisions page iv. 3. The geographical restriction has been extended from 1200 Nautical Miles (one way) to 1250 Nautical Miles of Galveston, Texas. QUOTES ARE DUE 3 AUGUST 2012 AT 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTACH THE SIGNED SF30 AMENDMENT FORM WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR QUOTE.
