- Synopsis: Procure Phlebotomy Stations and Adjustable Draw Stands for the Portland VA Medical Center's new Bend, OR Clinic. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware and manuals. This is a Brand Name or Equal procurement. The proposed items are Chaparral 1 brand. If equal items are offered then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation. This procurement is restricted to Small Business. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 339113 applies-size standard is 500 Employees. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
