- NM Army National Guard has a requirement for ride on spreader/sprayer lawn & garden equipment. This acquisition is set aside for total small business concerns. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website to register is: www.ccr.gov All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
