- NSN 6695-00-402-9860, TRANSDUCER, MOTIONAL PICKUP. The approved source is Kavlico Corporation, CAGE 22863, I/A/W Drawing 36659 672256. THe Purchase Request (PR) Number is 0045645108. NSN is not a Commercial Off-the-shelf item. FOB point is at Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Origin. The requested delivery is 178 days after receipt of order. NSN is not a CSI Item. NSN is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Definite Quantity Option of 27 each. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted; Other than Full and Open Competition, utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 25 July 2012. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
