- U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for No. 2 diesel fuel for the Research Vessel Kaho, home port Oswego, NY. The approximate annual need is 8,000-10,000 gallons. A firm-fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract is anticipated for a base plus four option years.
