- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Carderock Division (Philadelphia) solicits, on a full and open competitive basis, for the production and delivery of a fully operational Launch and Recovery Boat Trailer for UISS-2 Craft. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The Government will not pay for any information received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336214. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation is attached to this notice. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors shall be required to submit both price and technical proposals. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The closing date for receipt of proposals is established in the solicitation.
