- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. To complete scheduled services outlined in the attached SOW,Scheduled services are those actions related to the preventive maintenance, operation verification and certification of the system and its components. The contractor shall perform one preventive maintenance inspection per agreement year. Please review the attached documents and provide cost proposals as per the instructions listed in the provided documents. Quotes are due by 4pm EST 8/5/12.
