- EXHIBITS A-F SOLICITATION W912LA-12-R-0004 DRAWINGS SPECIFICATIONS The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for California anticipate awarding a firm-fixed price contract for the Construction of a Wing Operations & Training Facility at Beale AFB, CA, Project BAEY029154. The work will be performed in accordance with the plans and technical specifications. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. Estimated magnitude of the requirement is between $5M and $10M. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the proposal. A single award is contemplated. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued via the internet only at the Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov it is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided; therefore it is the contractor's responsibility to check the FedBizOpps website daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for the award. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov.
