- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Mission and Installation Command Contracting Center, Fort Knox, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the install and purchase of a 4 Position Audiometric Booth, and the removal of an existing 4 Position Audiometric booth for the Military Entrance Processing Station located in Amarillo, Texas. Delivery, install and removal date is no later than 30 August 2012. This solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov on or about 25 July 2012 with offers due on 01 August 2012. These dates are subject to change. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. This solicitation will be set-a-side for small business. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All offers must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Johnna Pollock via email at mary.j.pollock2.civ@mail.mil or submitted through the Federal Business Opportunities website.
