- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price purchase order, repair and maintenance services for the Russell Measurements Facility (RMF) elevator system. The Contractor will be required to do immediate repairs and preventative maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the transmission gear box, repair of the breaking system, and ensure computer controls operate as intended.
