- The U.S. Food & drug Administration intends to award a sole source to Cytel Software, Inc. as an open market small business award for renewal and maintenance of the following Cytel Software: East Annual License, Siz Annual License, StatXact Procs Annual License and StatXact Perpetual License. Expansion to these licenses will be as follows; East Xact, East Surv Adapt Module and Compass Annual License. In order to get these expansion to the software you must already have the software. We are requesting pricing for a base plus three option years. Cytel Software Corporation is the only manufacturer, distributor and support provider to East, Siz, StatXact andd Compass Software. Expanding existing Cytel software allows for FDA Wide sue of the software. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation documentation is available. However, any firm that believes it can meet these specifications may give notification to the Contract Specialist by 12;30pm August 13,, 2012 eastern standard time.Interested firms may furnish supporting evidence with sufficient detail to demonstrate its ability to comply with the requirement described above. Interested firms may email the information to the Contract Specialist, Karen Conroy at Food & dDug Administration at the email below. The FDAwill review all responses received. However the Government retains the sole discretion not to further compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice. If the FDA does not receive any responses the FDA will proceed with award to Cytel Software Corporation 675 Massachusetts Ave,e. Cambridge Ma The anticipated date of this award will be August 20, 2012. FDA willl not accept any collect calls.
