- The solicitation number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is P12PS25778. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercially manufactured items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 335929. The small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming is in the best interest of the Government. All vendors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), (http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov). Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 11:00 AM, Mountain Standard Time (MST), August 1, 2012. Point of Contact for this procurement is Sue C. ITEM #2: Insulated Conductor Quantity: 750 LF Size: #4 AWG stranded copper Type: THWN Rating: 600 volts Color: green Layup: Provide 1 continuous reel. ITEM #3 Insulated Conductor Quantity: 4,000 LF Size: #14 AWG stranded copper Type: THWN Rating: 600 volts Layup: Provide on 4 equal length reels of different colors (blue/red/orange/purple). ITEM #4 PVC Conduit Quantity: 800 LF Schedule 40, 2 inch diameter Solvent weld socket joints. ITEM #5 Disconnect Quantity: 1 EA NEMA Type HD Heavy Duty; 100 amp, non-fused, 3-phase, 480 volt, NEMA 3R enclosure, padlocking provision in OFF position. ITEM #6 Pullbox Quantity: 2 EA Ploymer concrete grade level enclosure. Rated for 20k traffic load; minimum dimensions shall be 13 inches wide by 24 inches long by 18 inches deep. Cover shall be recessed with stainless steel fasteners and cast with the work "ELECTRIC".
