- Picture Line item description and quantity The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set-aside for small business, under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via via email to the attention of the Contracting POC above; all emailed proposals must reach the Contracting POC by the closing date of Tuesday, August 7, 2012 by 5 PM (EST). Award is expected on or by August 10, 2012. Delivery required by November 2, 2012 or sooner. Used, pre-owned, refurbished or alternate items will not be accepted. Indicate your ability to ship/deliver items by the required delivery date.
