The following documents are attached in fillable format for offeror's convenience: Proposal Data Sheet, Project Information Sheet, Past Performance Information Sheet and Past Performance Questionnaire. The Past Performance Information Sheet and Questionnaire will be incorporated into the solicitation officially via a forthcoming amendment. 11 JULY 2012: The solicitation document and ELINs are posted. Failure to do so shall not relieve the Offeror from its responsibility to properly estimate the complexity and cost of successfully performing the work. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. An organized site visit has been scheduled as indicated below.
