- Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFACT-12-R-00024 is attached to procure aircraft transportation services for passengers from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The normal flight schedule shall include 2 round trips per day, Monday through and including Friday. It is anticipated that approximately 520 round trip flights per year will be ordered. The flight program, certification, aircraft requirements, and source selection criteria are identified in the attached SIR. The Technical Center is located next to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405; the overall period of performance will be five (5) years. Services will commence 02/01/2013. A single, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed contract is anticipated. Technical and price proposals shall be required to be submitted. This is a full and open competitive requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 481111 (Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation), with a size standard of 1500 employees. The NAICS code is provided for statistical purposes, only. The incumbent contractor is Vee Neal Aviation, Inc. All questions must be submitted in accordance with L.6 of the SIR. No phone calls, please.
