- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, supevision, other items and services necessary to perform boht laundry and dry cleaning services at Dobbins Lodgin and Dobbins Fitness Center located at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. Items include, but are not limited to, govenment owned bed linens, bath and hand towels, drapes, and uniform items. The anticipated contract period is a total of four years, including one twelve month base period and three (3) twelve month option years commencing on or about 1 October 2012. A performance based firm fixed price (FFP) service contract is anticipated. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codeis 812320 with a small business size standard of $5 million. The contractors will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures resulting in the Best Value for the Government. The RFP wiill be posted on FedBizOpps. The tentative issue date of the RFP will be on or about 7 August 2012, with the RFP closing date approximately 30 days thereafter. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prosepective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and also the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
