- DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES NEEDED: The Contractor shall provide all management services, supervision, personnel, labor, vehicles, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, general and specialized equipment and all other items and services necessary to inspect, test, maintain, recharge and repair all aspects of the emergency service of the US Government owned FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, SPRINKLER SYSTEM,FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS (FAS) of and the related COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Vicenza, Italy: Caserma Ederle (VI), Villaggio della Pace(VI), Longare Site (VI), ASP #7 Site (Tormeno-VI) Lerino Leased Area, and Torri Leased Area. METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be clearly indicated in the Request for Proposal. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Requirement Type Contract. DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract term is an one year contract(28SEP2012 TO 27SEP2013). SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS: Will be attached to solicitation. MEETING PLACE FOR PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: Regional Contracting Office, Via Pra 'Spineo 16, Lerino di Torri di Quartesolo (Vicenza). The date of the information to the interested companies will be communicated at a later. MISCELLANEOUS: Offerrors shall ensure that all contract correspondence or responses to this pre-solicitation notice is submitted in English or with an English translation.
