- The Regional Contracting Office Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany, has a requirement for the disassembly, relocation and reassembly of 1 each Hanel Vertical Lean Lift Storage Unit with dimensions of 6,75 meter x 3 meter x 2 meter total capacity 20,000 kilograms. The Government intends to award a limited source contract for this requirement in order to not void warranty to authorized Hanel GmbH & Co. KG, Germany suppliers. The anticipated period of performance is August 20, 2012 - Sept 10, 2012. The unit is currently being utilized in Germany and will be relocated to another facility in Germany. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Regional Contracting Office, Bavaria will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
