- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is W912NR-12-R-0006. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, DFARS Change Notice 20090115. The Louisiana Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to deliver Pole shed equipment (SEE ATTACHED SOW) to Pineville, LA: The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 332312. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
